In memory of Bob

This poem was written by one of my brother Robert's two beautiful daughters. It is in honor of Bob who died five years ago this day. I wanted to share it with you so that you might know Bob and why we miss him so very much!.

In Honor of My Father

My Father  was perfect in every way
My Father was happy
And he  was gay
He told wildly funny stories
That included song and dance
He loved to cuddle
and smiled with every glance
I was his princess
He was my king
I never had need for anything
He taught me that love is love no matter what
People who say hurtful things  should keep their mouths shut
He taught me that Love is letting go of Fear
He lived by those words and held them dear
My Father lives inside of me
His words and his deeds are his legacy
I love you Dad with all my heart
Though you now live in the Spirit Realm
I know we will never be far apart.
